About Galveston Storage Inc.
Galveston Storage Inc. is a self-storage facility on the island that rents units for household goods, business inventory, and vehicles, with boat and RV storage listed among the options. Reviews often mention the climate control and humidity control, which one long-time renter credits with protecting books and antiques. Security comes up a lot. Reviewers describe cameras throughout the building and say they feel safe going in. The units are described as well lit, and the building as clean, with management walking the floors daily. Staff get mixed but mostly warm notes: friendly, informative, easy to work with, and one reviewer liked that locks are sold on site. The main gripe is communication. Several people said gate hours changed without much notice and that you get locked out if you arrive after hours, so check the schedule before you haul a load over. Hours aren't 24/7.
