About Glacier West Self Storage
Glacier West Self Storage sits in Silverdale, run by a team based in Poulsbo. You get drive-up and indoor units in all sizes, plus semi-heated storage. The grounds are lit and watched by cameras, and there's on-site management. Online payments and rentals mean you can handle most things from your phone. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Nelson gets named a lot for being clear and patient, walking people through the terms before they commit. One reviewer had a key code problem on a Sunday and said the office followed up first thing Monday. Others call the units clean and the complex safe and quiet. A few folks mention rates that felt like a good deal. One noted their unit door won't open all the way because of a beam, a small gripe in an otherwise positive review. If you need help on site, the team asks that you call.

“Glacier West has been amazing to deal with. They have been incredibly responsive, helpful and friendly! We recently had an issue with our key code to access our unit, on a Sunday, of course!” – Lara S., 9 months ago, on Google
“Good service the manager is very understanding and down to earth (easy to communicate with) good units. The only "negative" thing I didn't like is my unit's door is stopped from opening all the way due to the structure design and a beam.” – Tanya V., Edited a year ago, on Google
“Choosing and reserving a unit, was a breeze, we were able to access the unit on the same day. The locks were already in the unit so we didn’t have to worry about going into an office. All the staff we dealt with were very kind and helpful.” – Kaitlyn B., Edited 3 months ago, on Google
