About GOPHER STATE STORAGE — NORTH BRANCH S

Gopher State Storage sits on Hwy 61 between Stacy and North Branch, just off I-35 exit 17. Reviewers call the location great and mention it is not overly busy, so units are easy to get to and you have room outside to load and unload. A newer owner took over and several reviewers say that changed things for the better. People describe staff as easy to reach, willing to work with schedules, and quick to respond. One family stored household items after storm damage and liked the place enough to keep a smaller unit afterward. Cleanliness came up more than once, and PIN entry and video surveillance are part of the setup. The reviews are not all glowing. One person says the cameras did not work and that items were stolen without usable footage, so ask about the security system before you sign. Rates are monthly and follow unit size. The owner describes the operation as small and owner-run, not a big box chain.
