About GOPHER STATE STORAGE — NORTH BRANCH N

Gopher State Storage on the north side of North Branch rents outdoor spots for RVs, boats, and trailers, plus regular self storage. It's locally owned, and reviewers keep bringing up the owners and staff by name, saying they're friendly and quick to return calls. People who park boats and trailers there mention the secure location and the price. One reviewer noted seeing the perimeter sprayed for weeds while on site, and another said the grounds stayed clean and easy to get in and out of. A few long-term renters have been there since 2018. The outfit gets praise for handling problems directly. When one renter had a billing snag after swapping debit cards, Jerry sent a payment link and sorted it out.
