Granite Dells Storage-South RV Lot

About Granite Dells Storage-South RV Lot

This is a big lot on the south side of Prescott, just off AZ-89A. Reviewers describe it as a huge storage yard, and one mentions a back-in spot that fit a 40-foot trailer fine. The gate is open 5:30 am to 7:30 pm every day, so you're not stuck waiting for a narrow window to get your rig in or out. Cameras cover the lot and there's on-site management. Reviewers have called out the lights and security as a plus, and a couple of people summed it up as convenient and safe. On cost, one reviewer said it wasn't too expensive. The lot also takes boats, and parking is a listed use here. The rating sits at 4.0 from a small handful of reviews, and not all of them are glowing. One person had a trolling motor stolen off their boat while storing there, though they also said the woman in the office was great to deal with. Worth knowing before you sign anything.
