About Great Smoky Self Storage
Great Smoky Self Storage sits in Waynesville, North Carolina, and handles self storage along with auto, boat and RV parking. The online rental process gets mentioned a lot, and reviewers say move-in and move-out instructions are spelled out in detail. Payments can be set up online, and one reviewer noted email reminders going out before each withdrawal. Clean units come up again and again. People write about dry units and no damage over multi-year stays, and one reviewer said their movers commented on the quality of the space. Staff get credit for quick responses by phone and text, and for working with renters on unit size and location. A couple of reviews single out the owners as friendly. It is not all praise. One review describes a dispute over a move-out photo that led to a charge, so it pays to read the move-out steps carefully. Office hours apply; the place is not open around the clock.
