Hawkins Pointe sits right off I-75 near the Tennessee Welcome Center at Exit 1, close to Rossville and Chattanooga. It's a new facility with both an RV park and storage side, offering covered, indoor and outdoor spots for rigs and boats. Reviewers talk about the dog park a lot, and it comes up as a favorite even by the storage area. Sites get called level and spacious, with pull-throughs and big concrete pads in the Executive section. Big rigs fit fine. Several people mention friendly staff and a smooth check-in, sometimes with a map sent before arrival. The trade-off: no bathhouse for everyone, and some say the amenities are thin outside the Executive sites. A nearby drag strip is audible now and then, though most say it wasn't a problem. It works as an overnight stop or a longer base. One couple stored their fifth wheel here and stayed a few nights before and after each trip. There's a dump station on site.
