About Heritage Storage
Heritage Storage in Millcreek, Utah is listed as a self-storage facility that also handles boat and RV storage. It has a 3.5-star rating from six Google reviews, and the feedback is mixed. Some reviewers describe poor communication and dishonest service, saying scheduling was difficult and problems went unresolved. One reviewer shared a serious safety complaint, and another asked the company to correct a phone number that was sending storage calls to the wrong person. The facility has posted hours and is not open 24/7. If you are considering parking your rig here, it is worth reading the reviews and asking about security and communication before you commit.
