About Higgins Lake Houghton Lake Storage Condominiums

Higgins Lake Houghton Lake Storage Condominiums sits in Roscommon, Michigan, and sells storage condominium units rather than renting space. It's listed as RV storage but also serves as automobile, boat, and self storage. The place is called "Premium Storage Condominiums" in its own words. Reviews are mixed but lean positive. One buyer said the whole process, from picking a size to closing, went well and praised the craftsmanship and Kirstie's help. Another called Kirstie awesome and professional, noting she showed multiple units and explained everything honestly. The 4.2 rating comes from five reviews. Not everyone was happy. One reviewer complained about trash and trailers scattered around and said the roads and property aren't maintained. So it's worth a look in person to see if the condition matches what you need. If you're considering buying instead of renting, the staff seems to get good marks for walking people through the options.
