About Highland Storage & Properties
Highland Storage & Properties is a locally owned and operated facility in Chubbuck, Idaho. Reviews often mention the staff as caring and willing to work with customers. One long-term renter said their rent stayed far below market over nearly 20 years. Payment is old-school. They only take mailed checks or money orders, and invoices can be sporadic. Several reviewers said that made paying on time harder than it needed to be. Others reported slow responses when they needed a unit unlocked or had a question about billing. Not every review is positive. Some renters described break-ins and frustration with how the owner handled it. Others felt the contract terms were enforced strictly. If you want a simple, low-cost spot and don't mind mailing a check, it's worth a look. If you need card payments or fast phone support, keep looking.
