About Self-Storage at U-Haul
This is the U-Haul on the north side of Pocatello, near Chubbuck and OK Ward Park. It does self-storage plus vehicle, boat, and RV parking, with both indoor units and outdoor drive-up spots. The lot is lit and has cameras, and you can get to your rig 24/7. Reviewers keep coming back to two things: how clean the place is and how helpful the staff are. One person called it extremely nice and mentioned the customer service call buttons. Another said the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Someone else praised the lighting and access and only wished the building had more restrooms. Rentals run month to month, and you can set up contact-free move-in and pay online. Climate control is available for indoor units, and the office sells packing and moving supplies and has dollies and carts on hand. If you need somewhere to park the RV or trailer, this is a solid local option.
