About Hill's Mini Storage And RV

Hill's Mini Storage And RV sits at 2030 West 1st Street in Newton, Kansas, and handles both household self-storage and parking for RVs and boats. The service list includes alarm monitoring, climate control and packing and moving supplies, and cameras are part of the setup. The reviews are split, and it's worth reading them before you commit. Several writers say their units were broken into and items taken, and one says the camera system is weak and some units lack wall separation. Others mention trouble reaching anyone, since there's no on-site office and payments go to a house. One reviewer had the opposite experience, saying their belongings stayed safe for a year and calls were returned. The owner comes up as friendly in more than one review, though at least one person says that doesn't cover the losses. The Google rating is 3.7 from 25 reviews. Drive out and look at the gate and locks yourself before deciding.

“Best storage unit. Highly recommend!!! The people who own it are amazing. My stuff was safe, and sound in the storage for a year. They always answered or returned phone calls. Never had an issue.” – Sarah H., 7 years ago, on Google
“He's Cheap and Friendly. Don't expect the lock to be fixed on the gate though no big deal if you have a good lock on your unit.” – Shawn K., 6 years ago, on Google
“Gary has been amazing to work with, units are clean and dry. If you are looking for a storage unit I suggest Garry Hill” – Tammy L., 3 months ago, on Google
