About Holliday's Trailer Park and Mini Storage
Holliday's sits among live oaks in DeRidder and runs as a trailer park, RV park and mini storage all at once. It's in the DeRidder school district, and the park bills itself as a family place. Reviews split. Some long-term residents call it quiet, shady and peaceful, and one family of six years praises the maintenance staff and the kid-friendly feel. Others tell a rougher story: power outages, truck noise from the gas station next door starting around 3:30am, slow deposit returns, and driveways they'd like to see fixed. Storage renters should know deposits come up often in reviews, and at least one person says you clean the unit yourself. If you're weighing a spot here, read the recent reviews and ask about the deposit terms upfront.
