People mention the cameras, the app that opens the gate, and the two wash bays. Free dump station and potable water come up a lot too. One long-term renter said the paperwork at signup is a grind, but everything after that has been solid. The lot is gated and lit, with 24-hour video surveillance and online rentals and payments. Not every review is glowing. Some folks have had trouble with gate codes and the 15 amp outlets meant for trickle charging, and one renter reported a stolen catalytic converter. Worth knowing before you sign.
