About Rita Ranch RV & Self Storage
Rita Ranch RV & Self Storage sits in Tucson and handles covered and outdoor parking for RVs, boats, and vehicles, plus regular self storage units and U-Haul truck rentals. Drive-up access makes it easy to pull in and load. The gate is open to renters around the clock and cameras watch the property. A lot of the reviews here are about the self car wash across the street, not the storage itself. People mention the dog wash stations, the blow dryer, and free vacuums. It's the coin car wash some locals say is the only one left in the area, though not everyone is happy since the automatic wash stopped being touchless. On the storage side, reviewers describe staff who call when a unit isn't locked right and who hand out water bottles during a move. Others report break-in attempts on trailers, so check your lock and ask about security before you sign. The place averages 4.0 stars across 427 Google reviews.

“Max(8months old) had his first bath at the dog wash, today. My older dogs have been quiet a few times in the past 3 years I've lived over here. I absolutely love having this car/dog wash across the street from me.” – Sammy R., 4 years ago, on Google
“This is apparently the only coin self car wash in the area. 10 quarters or $2.50 for four minutes. Nice powerful spray and working foam brushes. Also has a coin exchange if you need it and most bays take credit card as well.” – Sarah K., 3 years ago, on Google
“Needed a rental unit to hold personal items before moving out of state. We put our first load in and later that day, we got a call from the management letting us know that we didn’t lock our unit correctly.” – Dan B., 4 months ago, on Google
