About Ideal Storage & Rentals
Tucked in Rossville, Ideal Storage & Rentals is a locally owned spot that handles self storage along with boat and RV parking. Reviewers mention cameras and lighting, including at a drive-up unit open to the street. One tenant of ten months said they felt good about that setup. People tend to bring up the staff. Amanda and Mike get named, and the words polite, thorough, and prompt come up more than once. Someone who had used the place years back under different owners said the current ones turned it around and called them honest and caring. On price, one reviewer flat out called it the cheapest storage around and appreciated not getting gouged on a lock. Others describe a clean facility that keeps getting improved. Folks who prefer family-owned businesses say this is the kind to support. Online payments are available if you would rather not stop in.
