About Ideal Storage - Woodway
If you've driven past the place on Old Lorena Road, you've seen a lot that looks new and tidy. That matches what reviewers say: clean, well laid out, easy to get in and out. The owner and staff (John and Keagan get named) are patient and helpful, even when a computer glitch slows things down. You get 24/7 access, charging outlets, free air for tires, and a free dump station. Some reviewers wish there were restrooms, but most call it the best lot they've seen. One notes a simple eight-minute phone call to lease a spot. Safety comes up too. People feel their rigs are secure, which matters for long-term storage. The place is straightforward and does what it says. If you need a spot near Waco, this one is worth a look.
