About Intra-Lock Self Storage Units
Intra-Lock runs a paved, fenced storage yard in Michigan City with indoor, covered and outdoor RV spots, plus outdoor boat storage. The gate is open to renters around the clock and the grounds are lit. Reviewers bring up the new management a lot. People who kept units for years say the switch was a relief and that staff answer questions quickly and treat renters with respect. Others mention clean grounds and easy online payment. One caller got gate access within ten minutes late at night. A camper owner had the opposite experience. They say the outdoor area is tight, rigs get packed in close, and they couldn't get inside their own camper. The same review calls the gate faulty and security thin, with maybe a camera or two. Big rigs may want to ask how the outdoor spots are laid out before signing. If you need climate control, say so up front, since one caller was told it wasn't available.

“The staff members exhibit a high level of professionalism and amicability, ensuring a pleasant experience for all patrons.” – Christopher R., 3 years ago, on Google
“I would recommend getting a unit here. It's a great place. I've had a unit here for over 5 years. The previous management was terrible. When Intra-Lock took over it was a great relief. The management is polite and courteous.” – Raven N., 2 years ago, on Google
“I never actually ordered a unit because I was specifically looking for climate control, so I can’t provide a review on that. But the communication with both Stephanie and Arnold over the phone was exceptional.” – Stephanie S., 2 years ago, on Google
