About John Fayard Self Storage-Santa Rosa Beach
This is a self storage facility on Hwy 98 W in Santa Rosa Beach, and it handles more than household goods. Covered, indoor and outdoor parking are all options, so RVs, boats and cars have a place here alongside regular units. Reviewers keep coming back to clean. They describe the property as immaculate and well kept, with cameras and locked gates and doors. One person who rented for two years said their belongings stayed clean and safe the whole time. Climate controlled units and good lighting come up too. A covered drive thru makes loading and unloading easier, and carts and dollies are on hand. Packing materials are sold on site, and online payments are available. One repeat renter did note that four carts for the main facility can be too few on busy days. The facility is adding more parking and garages.

“We’ve rented spaces here for about a year. Very clean but they really need to add more moving carts. On busy days four carts for the main facility just isn’t enough and it’s frustrating waiting to get a cart to use.” – Nathan A., 7 years ago, on Google
