Kelso Self Storage & RV

About Kelso Self Storage & RV

Kelso Self Storage & RV is a locally owned and operated spot in Cowlitz County, handling both self storage and RV parking. It holds a 4.4 rating across 23 Google reviews, and the feedback leans practical. Reviewers call the storage clean and dry, the prices fair, and one noted their belongings felt safe there. Communication comes up in the reviews, and not all of it is glowing. One person found it rocky to get in touch at first but says that changed and calls them friendly and easy to work with now. Another complained that nobody answered the phone and wanted the answering machine updated if units were full. The office keeps hours rather than staying open around the clock, and an onsite manager is available by appointment. A few small things stand out from the reviews. Someone described it as simple, no frills, no complaints, and another called the staff courteous during a move. One reviewer liked the place but wished for pin code entry. The owner says they keep working on service and security. Call for pricing, availability, or the waiting list.
