About Keyport Self Storage - Sherman
Keyport Self Storage sits near Hwy 82 and Frisco Rd in Sherman, and it draws customers from Denison, Howe, Knollwood and West Sherman too. Reviews land at 4.5 stars across 105 of them, and the staff get named a lot. People describe them as friendly and quick to answer questions, and one long-time customer said the office folks walked them through the ins and outs of the place. Folks who have rented here for years say their belongings stayed dry and clean. Several mention the property feels safe and the facility is kept clean. The people working the counter come up as helpful and kind again and again in the reviews. Not every review is glowing. One customer says the company billed them twice for a month and would not refund it, and they are taking it to small claims court. Another says an earlier crew never called about break-ins at the units. Worth reading the full reviews before you sign. Call ahead about hours and availability.
