About Knollwood Rd RV Storage

Knollwood Rd RV Storage is a fenced grass and mulch lot in the Sherman area, set back from the road so your rig isn't sitting in plain view. It takes RVs, boats, trailers, cars, and commercial trucks, and it's roughly a mile off I-75. Access is 24/7, and parking runs month to month. This is outdoor storage only. The owner asks that every vehicle be approved, movable, and kept up. No inoperable rigs, no mechanical work on site, no junk. The one Google review is a five-star writeup calling it an excellent private spot for RV and boat parking. The reviewer describes the neighborhood as safe, quiet, and well maintained and recommends it for long-term parking. That's a thin review record, so weigh it accordingly. Call ahead if you want to confirm your vehicle qualifies before you haul it over.
