About Kipling Storage - A Colorado Storage Facility
Kipling Storage sits right at Kipling and C-470, which makes it an easy drop for anyone hauling an RV along the front range. It's a locally family-owned place, built in 2018, and the lot includes large RV units alongside drive-up and conditioned spaces. Leases run month to month. Reviewers keep coming back to the manager, Julianna. People describe her as attentive and quick to help, and more than one mentions she knows how to match you to the right unit size. The facility itself gets called clean and secure over and over, and renters like that it's well lit. Several say the pricing is fair. One long-term customer has been there since early 2021 and still recommends it. Another picked it over other local options for cleanliness and proximity and stayed past five years. If you need a spot for a rig and want a staff that actually picks up the phone, this is worth a look.
