About GarageTown Ken Caryl
GarageTown Ken Caryl is a storage spot in Littleton where you buy the unit instead of renting it. Reviewers describe something more than a plain box: some garages have lofts and even sinks, and owners use them for businesses, motor home storage, and keeping a garage queen out of the weather. There is a shared clubhouse on site, and one reviewer called it very clean. Others say the property is well maintained and the HOA is easy to work with. The place has a 4.3 rating across 20 Google reviews, and the comments lean positive overall. Not everyone is happy. One reviewer complained about snow clearing, counting hours of scraping and beeping on a Saturday and asking for more consideration toward the neighborhood it faces. Worth knowing if winter noise matters to you. Hours are posted, but the facility is not open around the clock.
