The lot is fenced and gated, and you get in with a passcode at the keypad. Ground floor units mean drive-up access, so you can pull right up instead of hauling things down a hallway. Reviews are thin, but the ones out there are positive. One long-time renter says they have had no problems over several years. Their only gripe is that gate access shuts off at 8 PM, which feels early in summer. Something to keep in mind if you like to move things after work.
