About Maxwell Self Storage & Penske Rental Trucks
Maxwell Self Storage sits on Day Street in Montgomery and has been leasing space since 2005. Indoor warehouse storage and outdoor parking are both on the menu, and the lot takes RVs up to 45 feet along with boats and semi trucks. Drive-up access means you pull right to your spot. Reviewers tend to mention the same things. One renter kept a 10x15 outdoor unit for close to two years and said everything stayed clean and dry, with access any time of day or night. Others call the property well-kept and easy to get in and out of. Auto billing comes up more than once as a way to skip the monthly errand. The manager gets mixed reviews, with some praising quick help and others describing a rough phone call. Not everyone is happy on price. One customer watched trailer parking jump twice in a year and left over it. Worth asking about current rates before you commit.

“Excellent storage facility. I rented a 10x15 outdoor storage room for almost two years, and everything stayed clean and dry. I was able to access my storage at any time, day or night, and the location was extremely convenient.” – Jeremiah G., 6 years ago, on Google
“The facility was easy to find. The management helped me find a unit that would suit my needs at a great price! They can use auto billing, so that's one less thing I have to worry about each month.” – Charlotte G., 9 years ago, on Google
“My son is a student at ASU but lives in Columbia SC. During the semester, it's easier to find storage near campus than for me to bring everything back between semesters. Goggle searched led us to Mr. Ed and we have not been disappointed.” – Teresa T., 6 years ago, on Google
