About McLaughlin's RV & Marine Parts & Service Department
McLaughlin's RV & Marine runs a parts and service department alongside its storage operation in Fargo. RV and boat owners can park rigs and trailers here, and the same lot backs up the repair shop and parts counter, so a fix or a part is a short walk from your spot. The service side gets steady praise from reviewers. One traveling couple from Michigan rolled in with a motorhome issue and were back on the road in half an hour after talking with Krista. Another owner had a 7 pin connector fixed for about half the expected cost, and a recalled propane regulator replaced without knowing it was recalled. Rachel's name comes up for keeping customers posted through repairs, recalls and warranty work. One review calls the customer service the worst they have had, so opinions split. The greeter dog gets a mention too. Call ahead on hours and availability before you haul over.

“Traveling thru Fargo from Michigan and needed a minor repair on our motorhome. Called McLaughlin's and spoke to Krista in service. She had us come right over and Tim agreed to fix our issue immediately.” – Cindy V., 6 years ago, on Google
“We purchased a Jayco travel trailer, and the customer service was great! Upfront and honest about everything willing to work with their customers. Highly recommend this place if you are looking to purchase a trailer or pontoons.” – Jay T., 3 years ago, on Google
“Rachel is phenomenal. Having someone with great communication makes every repair easier, even when it's far more than there should be on a new camper. But having her being our contact has made each repair, recall, and warranty fix a breeze.” – Dan D., 4 years ago, on Google
