About Melmar Industrial Park LLC & Mini Storage
Melmar Industrial Park sits in Auburn Hills and runs as a self-storage and warehouse site, with indoor units mentioned and space for boats and RVs alongside regular storage. One reviewer kept a travel trailer there for a summer and liked that trailers, RVs and boats get their own code box and gate rather than sharing the main entrance. Reviews land at 4.6 stars across 20 of them, and the friendly, quick-to-answer staff comes up again and again. A warehouse tenant of three-plus years called it one of the best business experiences they've had. Others point to competitive rates and units that fit what they actually needed. It isn't all praise. One reviewer said there's no restroom on site and described rude service and a dispute over property damage. Another wished gate access stayed open past 8 p.m. Worth reading the reviews yourself before you commit.
