About Metro RV Sales | Rentals | Storage | Repairs & Consigment Los Angeles
Metro RV in Burbank is a full-service RV dealer handling sales, rentals, storage, repairs, and consignment. The service center takes on insurance claims, mechanical work, appliance fixes, interior upgrades, and paint jobs. You can also find parts and accessories, from Onan generators to solar panels and roof vents. Reviewers often mention the staff, especially Carly in rentals, as friendly and patient. One customer praised her for making the rental process clear and easy. Others note that the shop helped with insurance communication and tracked down OEM parts for an older trailer. The family-owned aspect comes up more than once. A few reviews point out long waits. One customer said a 30-minute recall job took nearly three hours with little updates. Another mentioned a gray water tank replacement that ran three days instead of half a day, though the cost stayed within the estimate. The facility is wheelchair accessible, with parking and restrooms.
