About Mini Mall Storage - Elizabethton
Mini Mall Storage on the Elizabethton side covers the basics for RV owners: covered, indoor and outdoor spots, plus climate control if you want it. The lot is gated with cameras and 24/7 access, so you are not stuck to office hours when you need to pull the rig out. Reviewers talk about the people more than the buildings. Landon comes up again and again for being responsive and friendly, and one person setting up RV storage said the whole thing was easy. The same reviewer hit a gate code that did not work, and Landon got a new one over quickly. Another noted the gate codes could use some attention. Wide lanes between buildings get a mention too, which matters when you are towing a trailer through. The buildings are described as clean and well kept. A few people mention getting a discount on their unit. One recent review is a refund complaint that dragged on for months, so read the fine print on billing before you sign.
