About MMJ Self Storage (Formerly Village Self Storage)
MMJ Self Storage sits right along Route 301 in Bowling Green, which makes it an easy pull for folks coming from Ruther Glen, King George, Fredericksburg and the surrounding towns. Along with regular units, the lot takes RVs, campers, boats and trucks. The place runs 24/7 gate access, and the lot is lit. Reviewers tend to bring up the same few things. The lot is clean and well maintained, and people say they feel safe there after dark because the outside lighting is bright. Several mention how quick the online rental goes: you handle payment online, get a digital code, and the gate is straightforward. One reviewer's gate broke mid move, and they still got in by texting OPEN from their phone. Staff get good marks too. A manager named Joe gets called out for staying on the phone until a renter was set up, and another reviewer appreciated a manager who worked with them instead of adding stress. More than one person notes the price is lower than their last storage spot, and the lot is quiet. Call or book online if you want a spot.
