Leases run month to month. Reviews land at 4.6 across roughly 245 ratings, and the themes are steady. People call it affordable, say the online rental and account setup are easy, and mention a free lock. Several reviewers single out Ashley, the site manager, for answering questions and keeping the property clean. Not every note is glowing. One renter reported a roof leak that damaged furniture and said they found snake skins and rat feces in their unit. Worth asking about unit condition before you sign.
