About Modern Truck Parking
Modern Truck Parking on the edge of Fresno runs a tight, secure lot for trucks, RVs, and boats. The property is fully fenced and covered by security cameras, and reviewers repeatedly mention the night guard on duty. One driver summed it up as well organized and safe. Access is straightforward, with easy freeway entry. Two mechanic shops operate on site, which helps if your rig needs work while it sits. The attendants get consistent praise for being professional and helpful. Cleanliness comes up often too, with several people noting the lot stays tidy. There's no published rate sheet, so you'll need to call for monthly pricing. Reviews are thin on RV-specific details, but the security setup and staff attitude carry over. If you want a guarded spot in Fresno, this is one to check.
