An electric gate is in the works for added security, and access is 24/7. It's about 15 minutes from Pueblo Reservoir, which makes it a sensible spot if you launch there often. Spots are month to month, so you aren't locked into a long contract. The reviews are thin, just one so far, but it's a good one. A customer had trailer trouble on site and the owner pitched in, changing a tire and moving the camper. They called him helpful and easy to work with and said they'd come back.
