About Ms. Lillian's Self Storage
Ms. Lillian's Self Storage sits in Warm Springs, Georgia. It's a self-storage facility where you can rent a unit for household items, business files, or even a boat or RV. The place has been around long enough to collect 28 Google reviews, averaging 4.7 stars. Reviewers often mention the helpful staff and easy process. One person said the customer service is excellent and the prices are the best around. Another appreciated how quick they were to answer questions. Cleanliness and security come up too, with several noting the units feel safe. But not everyone has had a smooth run. One reviewer reported a break-in where items were stolen from several units, and another mentioned a lock issue that got fixed. Also, the units are not climate controlled, which one person saw as a drawback. If you're parking an RV or boat, the facility says it can handle that. New doors are on some units. Online payments are available. It's worth a call to check specifics.

“So far has been a decent experience having storage with lillians self storage. Had one incident last year or so with the maintenance guy cutting our personal lock off to replace the lock thing and not telling us.” – Dakota S., a year ago, on Google
“Only reason 4 out of 5 stars was partly reasons beyond their control. No less than a month since I had put my belongings in storage a thief broke in and stole from several units mine included.” – Chuck H., Edited 11 months ago, on Google
“The units have some new doors. The company is very professional and will try and help you in any way concerning rental units. The only draw back is the units are not climate controlled which would be a plus for the company.” – Gary W., Edited 9 months ago, on Google
