About Neighbor Monthly Parking

This is an outdoor parking lot in Burien, about an 8-minute drive from Sea-Tac. It takes cars, trucks, SUVs, RVs, trailers, campers, and boats depending on what's open. Vehicles have to be registered and in working order. The whole point is cheaper long-term parking than the airport lots. The lot has attendants and renters get 24/7 access after check-in. Spaces listed include 30' x 10', 20' x 10', and 40' x 10', and you can reserve online. Reviews are mixed. One person praised the quick help by phone and the self-service drop-off and pickup. Others had a rough time: a trailer with nowhere to park after space filled up, a request that was agreed to then ignored, and a locked gate that stayed open until late at night. The location got called a bad part of town. Ratings sit at 3.0 from 3 reviews, so read them before you commit. It's worth a drive-by first to see how full the lot gets.
