About New Frontier Self Storage - Gypsum
New Frontier Self Storage sits in Gypsum and handles the usual mix: household overflow, business inventory, and seasonal gear. The property is gated and you can get to your unit any hour of the day or night. Reviews mention clean grounds and solid buildings. The staff gets most of the praise. Reviewers call the office manager professional and responsive, and several note she stayed after hours to help them get another unit. Friendly comes up a lot too. One caution from a long-term renter: the lot can feel tight maneuvering a trailer, and there is no power inside the units. Another reviewer had a mice problem and left over rising prices, so worth asking about pest control when you tour. Rates get called the best in the valley in more than one review. If you don't need the extras the fancier places offer, people say this one is hard to beat for the money.
