About New Frontier Self Storage - Hot Springs Village
New Frontier Self Storage on the Hot Springs Village side handles more than just household overflow. They rent climate-controlled units and drive-up spaces, and they set aside room for boats and RVs too. Cameras watch the property around the clock. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Polite, helpful, and quick to get you signed in, several say. The units and grounds get called clean over and over, and more than a few mention the rates as reasonable. One customer noted the office is staffed during business hours, so there's usually someone on site. Some reviews mention renting a trailer or car hauler on the spot, which saves a trip if you're moving things in yourself. It's not all perfect. One reviewer who's been a tenant on and off since 2022 had a run-in with late fees and gate access after a payment was late, so read the lease terms before you sign. Otherwise, the location works well for Village residents, and online payments and moving supplies are available.
