Practical tips for Akron weather
Ohio gets its share of sun, rain, and hail, so outdoor storage means your RV is exposed. A quality cover or a covered spot helps, and some facilities here offer covered options if you want to upgrade. If you store over winter, winterizing the plumbing and pulling the battery are standard moves. A battery maintainer keeps it healthy without overcharging. Check gate hours before you commit, especially if you work odd shifts. Confirm the facility allows the type of rig you have and ask about insurance requirements. Visit in person if you can. Look at drainage, security cameras, and how tight the turns are for a long trailer.
