About Prestige Storage - Muskegon (Independence Drive)

Prestige Storage sits on Independence Drive just off I-96 on the north side of Muskegon. It's a gated facility, and outdoor parking is what's on offer for rigs. That's the short version. The reviews tell you more about how it runs. People keep mentioning the staff by name, and the theme is the same across them: helpful, patient with questions, willing to walk you through unit sizes and locations. One reviewer brought a big truck in on a snowy day and the gate was open for them. Others point to clean units and clear communication from the office when something needs attention. At 4.4 stars across 160 reviews, the complaints aren't loud enough to lead with. Several reviewers mention price, mostly in a good way. It's a straightforward spot: gate, staff, clean space, easy access off the interstate. If you're storing a boat or RV for the season and want a place that answers the phone, this is worth a look.
