About Prestige Storage - North Royalton
Prestige Storage sits on York Theta Drive in North Royalton, a short hop from Royalton Road and easy to reach from I-71 and I-80. Covered storage is available, and boat owners are welcome too. The lot is wheelchair accessible, with parking and an entrance that work for people hauling trailers or driving rigs. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Annie and Joe get named often, and people describe signing up as quick and smooth, with one customer saying she walked him through the online process step by step. Others mention prompt answers to billing questions and help with ice around exterior units. The place draws comments for being clean, secure, and in a safe part of town, and several reviewers call the prices reasonable. One reviewer did flag recurring monthly upcharges and an added insurance fee even for owners who carry their own coverage, so read the lease terms closely.
