About Pro Storage of Jacksonville
Pro Storage sits in Jacksonville, Texas, and rents both indoor units and outdoor parking for RVs and boats. Units come in sizes from 5x5 up to 10x30, and some have climate control. The outdoor spots are lit. Reviewers talk about the staff more than anything else. Jim and Jessica come up by name in a lot of the 21 Google reviews, which average 4.4 stars. People describe them as friendly and helpful, and one reviewer said Jim remembered her name months after she moved in. Others call the building clean and easy to get to, and a few mention feeling good about security. The complaints are about money. One person was charged more than expected shortly after renting a small unit, and another spent months chasing a refund. Call ahead and get the charges in writing before you sign.
