About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Bel Air, Maryland, and runs the usual mix: indoor units with rollup or swing doors, plus outdoor drive-up spaces for RVs, boats, and vehicles. Sizes run from 10x10 up to 10x30, so there is room for a trailer or a full-size rig. The lot is gated, well lit, and open 24/7, and the gate code gets you in without a phone call. Reviews lean on the staff. Ben and John come up by name, described as friendly and quick to sort out problems, including one lock that froze during a winter storm. People also mention clean units, easy street access, and a sign-up process that does not drag. The rating sits at 4.8 across 682 reviews. One recurring complaint is worth knowing before you park anything soft: several reviewers reported mice getting into units and ruining items not stored in plastic tubs. A couple of others said rates went up after six months. Ask about pest control and pricing terms before you sign.
