About Public Storage

It's a gated property with keypad entry and lit areas, and you can get in 24/7. Reviewers keep mentioning Ed, the property manager. Over and over, people say he walked them through the unit, explained the costs, and showed them how the security access and app work. The staff gets called helpful and courteous in hundreds of reviews. One person noted that when they moved out, Ed inspected the unit and adjusted the account the same day so they weren't charged for another month.
