About Public Storage

This Public Storage sits in Kansas City, Kansas, and handles more than household units. The listing covers RV, boat and car storage, and it mentions covered, indoor and outdoor options. Access runs through an electronic gate and keypad, with cameras on site and lighting around the property. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff. Brandon gets named more than once for walking people through the rental process and adjusting reservations when needed. One reviewer said he was patient while translating for a parent. Others call the building clean and the access easy. The rent and rates come up often in the 138 reviews, which average 4.3 stars. There is drive up access and an on site manager, and the office has posted hours rather than staying open around the clock. A few reviewers mention new management, and one long review describes a dispute over camera footage after a theft. Read the recent ones before you sign.
