About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Newport News and takes self-storage, vehicle and boat storage. Most of the talk in reviews is about the people at the front desk. Jaz, Bre Anna, Markay, Shawna and manager Jasmine come up by name for being kind, patient and quick to fix problems. One reviewer says talking to them felt like talking to an old friend. The property itself gets called clean and easy to access. Reviewers mention clear explanations during the rental process and help picking the right unit. One person had a lock issue that was not the property's fault, and the manager replaced it to secure their belongings. Units include indoor 10x10s and drive-up outside spaces with rollup or bay doors, and one 10x30 setup is listed for an RV, boat or vehicle. The facility is open 24/7 and the entrance and lot are wheelchair accessible. Reserve online or use the eRental option to skip the counter.
