About Public Storage
Public Storage on the Main Line in Newtown Square rents climate controlled indoor units and outside drive up spaces, plus covered and indoor parking for RVs and boats. The gate is open 24/7, so you can pull in after dark. Online eRental lets you skip the counter, and reserving a space costs nothing. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Timothy, Harry and Cheri get named for being helpful and easy to work with, and plenty of people just say the team is polite. The property gets called clean and secure, and a few folks mention signing up was quick. One long-term customer of 30 years says the crew has been flexible with them. Not every review is glowing. One renter found mold in a climate controlled unit and says nobody followed up. Another reported a broken door handle and couldn't reach anyone at the office for two days. Read those alongside the good ones before you commit.
