About Storage King USA
On Providence Road in Newtown Square, Storage King USA is the kind of place you can picture your rig sitting safe. The facility offers covered storage and climate control, and it's been running since 2003. Locals mention a clean lot with no stray paper or debris, and a manager named Chris who's patient and honest when you're figuring out what size space you need. Reviewers give it 4.9 stars across 293 Google reviews. The words that come up most are the courteous staff and how easy renting was. People say Chris helped them get units close together and made moving less stressful. One reviewer appreciated a heads-up about a delivery package, which isn't something he had to do. Not every review is glowing. One person had a rough time with customer service, saying the office wasn't helpful and phone calls went unanswered. Most folks, though, call the place well kept and not at all scary, and they recommend it because of how it's run. If you want to reserve a spot, you can do it online.
