About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits on Ohio Drive in Plano and handles more than boxes. Alongside the indoor climate-controlled units there is a 10x30 outside space with drive-up access that is listed for a boat or vehicle. Smaller indoor units run from 5x10 up to 10x20, some on the ground floor and some by elevator. The property is open 24/7. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Nesha gets named for being friendly and patient, and Sergio and his team are credited with sorting out a lock and key problem quickly. Several people mention how organized and clean the place feels, and one person was walked around and shown rate comparisons before renting. Not every review is glowing. One customer wrote about an unorganized experience and poor communication at this location. Taken together, the 4.7 rating from 320 reviews leans positive, and the helpful staff is what most people bring up.
