The lot is gated and lit, and you can get in around the clock. Reviews lean positive, 4.9 stars across 414 of them. People single out the staff by name. Selina gets called friendly, knowledgeable and attentive, and Donna comes up as helpful and patient with questions. Reviewers also describe the rental process as easy and the property as clean more than once. Not everyone is happy. A few complain about rate increases after signing and about hard-to-reach staff by phone. You can reserve online for free with no commitment, and the eRental option lets you skip the counter.
